It is here that he developed his passion for nature photography and the environment. Dean has fifteen years of experience photographing wildlife in Africa. He has traveled extensively throughout the continent and has been directly involved in African tourism for the last ten years. His experience ranges from managing eco tourism lodges in Botswana’s Okavango Delta to photographic guiding, now as director and owner of Wildlight Safaris.

With a career that spans two decades, Chris has an incredible wealth of knowledge. It is his willingness to share this knowledge and experience with others that make Chris an inspirational mentor.
while based in Australia and as director of a leading Sydney production company, produced film & stills photography for international brands such as IBM and Mitsubishi. She changed paths and moved to Africa to manage Eco Safari Lodges in Botswana. Patricia has since combined her love of Africa with her successful production background. She now works behind the scenes as co-director and reservations manager at Wildlight, keeping all of our safaris organised and trouble-free.
is a qualified social worker who landed on our doorstep, and we won’t let her leave. With her experience in photography, design, business administration, and writing, she develops our marketing materials, designs our newsletters, and assists with our web development. Anna is a keen traveler, having visited over 40 countries, and uses this passion as the driving force for all of her work here at Wildlight.
was born in Francistown, Botswana. Now residing in New Zealand, Masego provides us with expert knowledge on Botswana. Masego worked for Delta Air, a local air charter company, for many years before falling in love with a New Zealand pilot, starting a family, and relocating to New Zealand. Through her work with Wildlight Safaris, Masego still holds a close connection with Botswana, and she is regularly back to visit family & friends.
